DurationStudents will explore levels, weight and suspension, fall and release energies through interpretive and technically challenging work. Individuality and expressiveness are strongly encouraged.

At HCA, we pride ourselves on the quality of our programming, the professional credentials of our instructors and the wide selection of classes within each discipline which our customers can choose from. We offer dance classes in ballet, jazz, modern, lyrical, hip hop and creative movement.
Music students can choose from private lessons in: piano, violin, woodwinds, guitar, drums, and vocal music. Our acting classes encourage imagination and self-expression. For students interested in visual arts, we offer classes for children and teens.
All potential students are able to enjoy one free group class or a free 15-minute private music assessment to find a class or teacher that is the perfect fit. It is the combination of Jazz and Ballet put together in a very expressive style that is usually danced to slower paced music.
In the Junior division, with an emphasis on musical coordination & creativity, spacial & eurythmic concepts are explored. The Intermediate & Senior divisions curriculum consists of Graham, Limon, & Cunningham techniques.
Lyrical is a style of dance that expresses the lyrics of a song or feeling of the music using a combination of Jazz, Ballet & Modern dance techniques.Â
These Classes Teach Our Dancers to Experiment With Different Contemporary Techniques and Allows Them to Learn Innovative Combinations and Choreography
Contemporary Dance course is offered by Dance Studio East. It is our mission to provide our students with quality instruction so they can attain a level of professionalism without leaving the province.
