In Intro/Foundation classes you will learn striking, defence, footwork, pad work, bag work, basic combinations and partner drills. General and advanced classes are build on these fundamentals by introducing ring craft, fight strategies and more advanced combinations.
All classes involve the appropriate warm up and conditioning, tailored to the level of the class.
We offer world leading teaching in martial arts, fitness and wellbeing. Classes for adults, Youth and Kids include Muay Thai/Kickboxing, BJJ, Boxing, Wrestling, MMA, Yoga, HIIT, S&C and Tactical Thai sword (Kids Classes are only available for Thai/Kickboxing and Yoga).
