Nail School Program

G Skin & Beauty Institute‘s Nail Technology programs are located in Henderson, Nevada and Oak Brook, IL. The longer program, 600 hours, is at our Nevada location and the shorter program, 350 hours, is at our Illinois location.

Each program designed to make you a true professional, in a specialized niche in the beauty industry. You will be fully prepared to work in high end salons and spa’s, open your own nail salon, write for a nail magazine, or further your education in becoming an educator.

You will learn all about the growing trend in natural nail care. Manicures and pedicures and nail health lay the groundwork for your more advanced Spa services which include paraffin waxes, hot stone, hot oil, exfoliation care of the hands and feet, masking and moisturizing. Perfect polishing is an art that sets the foundation for an addition of nail art that will enhance your creativity and design techniques. In our curriculum you will master high performance wear gel manicure systems, and the study of ingredients will prepare you to have a better foundation to serve your clients. Nail Tips and extensions are taught with both gel and acrylic. Fills, one color and two color extensions will round out your skills and prepare you for a successful future ahead!

At our busy student salon, you will have the opportunity to practice the skills you are learning and prepare you for the busiest of salons. Next it’s on to business and entrepreneurship for the adventurous that are looking to open their own nail salon.
