Students will use all types of cameras, including phone cameras, to explore the tropical landscape on Lincoln Road, the beach with the ocean and its vegetation, and other possibilities of nature photography.
The goal is to learn the many possibilities a camera or a phone offer to create images that steer away from the traditional nature photos. We will talk about technical aspects, the role of light at different times of the day as well as how to explore textures, and the difference between horizontal and vertical compositions.
A few photos per student will be selected, shared, and reviewed with the group after the practices.
