You will learn all about the growing trend in natural nail care. Manicures and pedicures and nail health lay the groundwork for your more advanced Spa services which include paraffin waxes, hot stone, hot oil, exfoliation care of the hands and feet, masking and moisturizing.
The Nail Technician program consists of 600 hours of theory and practical training in the arts and sciences of nail technology, including manicures, pedicures, sculptured nails, artificial nails, airbrush techniques, paraffin treatments, retailing, equipment care, business management, etc.
We utilize flexible scheduling, which may be individualized to meet working student’s needs. The Nail Technician program takes 300 hours with the minimum of 165 nail services.
Instruction will cover the art and science of manicuring techniques, nail, design, business skills, and health and safety practices.
The mission of the Beaver Beauty Academy is to provide high-quality technical training that will enable our students to pass state licensing exams, attain employment, and successfully compete in the rapidly changing beauty industry.
