Graduates of this qualification will be able to:
Apply good conduct, ethical, and legal practices to work in a plumbing, gasfitting, and drainlaying environment.
Apply safe working procedures and practices, and identify hazards in a plumbing, gasfitting, and drainlaying working environment.
Assist with the installation of basic plumbing, gasfitting, and drainlaying systems and components including the following: hot and cold water supply; sanitary plumbing of appliances and fixtures; foul water; drainlaying including associated components; basic sheet metal.

This short course is Electrical Workers Registration Board approved competency-based training system which covers theory, regulations tuition and practical skills training and assessment required for Associated Tradesperson (Plumber, Gasfitter and Plumber/Gasfitter) class of EWRB registration.
During this programme you will learn how to use plumbing hand tools and equipment in our purpose-built plumbing workshop as you develop installation and maintenance skills and learn about appliances, fixtures and fittings.
