We’ll cover all the bases in this fun baking class, teaching you recipes and skills that push your bakes up a gear. From silky Italian meringue to perfect doughs and finishing touches, you’ll get a great grounding in baking techniques as well as some absolute showstoppers to take home with you.
Don’t worry, we’ll break up all that sugar with lunch to keep you going, and you’ll head home with all your recipes and treats to inspire more incredible bakes in the future.

Gordon has always been passionate about sharing his love of food and the Gordon Ramsay Academy is where this is brought to life, offering guests of all ages and all levels of cooking ability the chance to enjoy fun, relaxed and informative cookery classes.
With multiple kitchens and a large demonstration room upstairs, the Academy is set up for a real hands-on experience in every class. There’s plenty of space for both intimate sessions and larger groups, plus inspiration from our cookbook library and room to relax with a coffee in our comfy lounge.
Our two day class will give us the time needed to make our very own bread.
Starting with the basics; flour, yeast, salt and liquid, we’ll take you through step-by-step how to make great bread every time!
Here at Cooking It, we love anything that goes in the oven and is sweet. Our ovens are on all the time, whether they are baking bread, cookies, pastry, puddings or cakes, we just love it. The Baking Classes are fabulous fun, especially if you come with a friend or two!
Sourdough Baking Class course is offered by South Downs Sourdough.
This two-day course will give you the opportunity to learn all about wild yeast and sourdough bread-making, guided by internationally renowned baker and author of How to Make Bread Emmanuel Hadjiandreou.
