Join chef Katrina Ryan and Michael Dodd, butcher extraordinaire, for an afternoon of Pig butchery.

We will be butchering a whole pig and cooking up a feast using different cuts including, braised cheeks and belly, rolled and stuffed loin, crispy fried tail & ears, stuffed trotters, sausages and curing a ham.

This is a 6 hour, hands on class culminating in a fabulous pork feast. After the butchery demonstration you will be working as part of a small team, cooking dishes that contribute to a shared meal.

The cost of the class includes hands on tuition, a shared meal, wine/ beer, a copy of all recipes and a great time!

Our classes are fun, informative and casual. Suitable for people of any skill level.
