The Cookery offers a wide selection of recreational interactive cooking classes for chefs at all levels. Our classes focus on international, regional and seasonal cuisines. The goal of The Cookery is to empower and excite people in the kitchen, making cooking approachable and fun.
This book is full of fresh salads, soups, stews, desserts, condiments, and snacks. It's health and nutrition focused and the recipes are accessible. In class we'll make a meal featuring several recipes from the book. We'll cook , eat, and taste together and you'll go home with a copy of the book.
 Experience the romance and rich flavors of the Caribbean while making dinner. In this class you’ll experience the distinctive spice profile and produce of these beautiful islands.
The profile of Ethiopian food is very distinct, marrying together earthy, spicy, tart, sour, and pungent flavors. Because of the many grains used other than wheat, the food is often Gluten-Free- as it is in this case!
Transport yourself to your favorite Caribbean island as we prepare succulent shrimp with a curry coconut sauce. You will also learn how to make perfect Panamanian-style rice and the best garlicky kale you'll ever have.
We’re excited to offer this class featuring foods popular in the Caribbean, including Jamaican Jerk!  We even traveled to the Caymans for extended research on these recipes!
