Come and join us for one day and learn all there is to learn about macarons. In our first ever Macaron class, learn how to make delectable macarons in very modern flavours.

 

Class description:
Under the expert guidance of your tutor, you will learn how to make macaron fillings, pipe shells and decorate them with silver leave before assembling them on a macaron tower.

 

Over the course of the day, you will learn how to:

  • Make ganache – based fillings for macarons – Strawberry Basil and Pistachio
  • Perfect your piping skills for macarons
  • Make meringues using the Italian meringue method – take away professional tips and tricks for getting the best results
  • Pick the right ingredients for the recipe

  • Best tips and techniques for storage and shelf life
