House-made Ravioli Class is offered by Panzano for all ages and skill levels. It emphasis on fresh pasta making.
What's your favorite pasta? Â After working with our Chefs in this hands-on class, you'll be able make your own fresh pasta dough, creating noodles of all shapes and sizes as well as seasonal sauces suited to each pasta!Â
Children learn to make pasta with their choice of two sauces: marinara, pesto, Alfredo, Amatriciana as well as provencal salad and champagne vinaigrette. They will also make vanilla or chocolate cupcakes plus frosting and candle blowout.
This class will be hands-on, so you will be making your own dough, pasta shapes and sauce. During the class you will be able to transform the simple tomato sauce (vegetarian) into bolognese sauce for a hearty option (non-vegetarian).
One of our all-time favorite family dishes is homemade lasagna! This perfect one-skillet-style lasagna that feeds 4 cuts your preparation time in half and your baking time in half!
