In this class, Melissa will walk students through the proper preparation of fresh pasta dough, then share some of the many possibilities for creative homemade long and stuffed pasta dishes. This is the perfect way for pasta lovers to while away some time while expanding their repertoires.
You will learn how to make fresh pasta, from scratch. Once the pasta dough is ready, you'll learn how to roll it out using a traditional hand-cranked pasta machine, and then cut it into fettuccine.
