  • He’ll demonstrate how to mix, knead and roll the perfect pasta dough. Guests will have the chance to get their hands dirty when Chef teaches the group how to make short noodles.
  • Guests will then be seated for a three-course dinner featuring handmade and freshly extruded pastas, and an Italian-style dessert.
