You will also learn classical recipes such as Penne alla Vodka. and, depending on the season, I always introduce a new pasta sauce so you can taste the difference of being exposed to real authentic Italian food.
Learn to make three unique pasta sauces, and of course, make pasta all by yourself like you never did before!!!! And when you think it is all over, you still have dessert. After so many requests, my decadent Tiramisu cake is on the menu too.

Cavatelli are a pasta shape from the Molise/Puglia region in Italy (& my MIL’s signature dish) made with Semola Flour. Easy to make and delicious to eat. You will also learn to make other shapes using the same semola flour. (This pasta can be made vegetarian/vegan)
