House-made Ravioli Class is offered by Panzano for all ages and skill levels. It emphasis on fresh pasta making.
Join us as the Chef of La Scuola showcases the true art of fresh pastamaking, demonstrating how to make and shape some of Eataly's favorite fresh pastas. Guests will get to try their hand at rolling out the dough and forming their own shapes, like Cavatelli, Fusilli, Orechiette, and Trofie.
This class will be hands-on, so you will be making your own dough, pasta shapes and sauce. During the class you will be able to transform the simple tomato sauce (vegetarian) into bolognese sauce for a hearty option (non-vegetarian).
Learn how to make pasta dough from scratch in this very special class, and then pair it with these delectable sauces and mouth watering dishes. You will never buy dried pasta again!
