Students in ACC’s Pastry Arts Program learn how to work with specialty ingredients and master basic and advanced techniques to make classic creations like breads, cookies, tarts, and pies, to mouthwatering chocolates, confections, and one of a kind wedding cakes!
Students learn in a commercial kitchen setting and gain the practical knowledge and experience to pursue pastry careers through catering, cake show competitions, and study abroad opportunities. At a much lower cost than similar programs in the area, ACC graduates leave prepared for positions as pastry chefs or to run their own bakeries.
