Students learn in a commercial kitchen setting and gain the practical knowledge and experience to pursue pastry careers through catering, cake show competitions, and study abroad opportunities. At a much lower cost than similar programs in the area, ACC graduates leave prepared for positions as pastry chefs or to run their own bakeries.
