Join head chef instructor Kristin “Baker Bettie” Hoffman for a hands-on, in-depth introduction to pies and pastries– summer edition! Each participant will make a mixed berry pie and cream cheese danishes completely from scratch!
We'll make Danish, croissants and more using home-made & frozen doughs. We'll have an assortment of fillings you can choose to make, including jam, chocolate, berries, cream cheese, and some interesting ingredients I hope will become new favorites.
