Pastry Making & Baking Class is offered by Balboa Catering. Cooking classes include a demo from Chef Alex Garfinkel, some friendly competition as you put your lessons into action, and a family-style meal that'll leave everyone full and happy.
In our French croissant baking class, chef Jenna will go over the necessary ingredients to create the perfect classic croissants, how to select quality ingredients, how to work and shape the dough, how to properly laminate it with butter and go over proper proofing and natural fermentation methods.
We'll teach you all the tricks to a successful macaron, and create several different interesting flavor combos.
Pastry Arts course is offered by The French Pastry School. The French Pastry School strives to offer an innovative, effective, intensive education in which students are equipped to achieve excellence in the pastry, baking, and confectionery arts.
Spring Break Camp Baking Camp is open to all kids from ages 8-17 who want to join us at Cookology in Dulles Town Center! We are so excited to see everyone again. Pizza and Veggie or Fruit will be served for lunch.Â
