Personal And Professional Makeup Lessons

Hi there! Welcome to Nicole Alexis Artistry. I am so glad you stopped by. A few quick facts about me: I have two chocolate labradoodles named Winston and Stella, who are the absolute lights of my life, I prefer to drink my coffee black (I get it from my dad), and my favourite shows of all time are Schitt’s Creek, The Office and Gilmore Girls (I have seen GG two or three times through, and I've lost track of how many times that I have re-watched Schitt’s Creek and The Office). 

I am a certified, MAC Pro makeup artist servicing London, Ontario and surrounding area. My passion for makeup began in 2015, my first year of university.

Playing around with colours and trying different techniques was a great escape from my hectic life as a university student. After a few months of experimenting, my friends convinced me to create an Instagram account for my makeup looks.

I was hesitant at first because I feared what my peers would have to say about my posts, but nonetheless, I went through with creating the account and I'm so happy I did that. My first 'client' makeover was actually on my fiancé - I asked him if I could practice on him and though he may not have actually enjoyed having makeup on (I took a photo too, but that one is saved in my archives), it was super fun and I realized how much I loved doing other people's makeup. It didn't take long for me to book up for prom in my hometown and from there, my passion continued to grow.
