My goal and intention in coaching and development is to enable personal and professional growth and wellbeing at the individual level, as well as working with managers and leaders at the organisational level with humanistic leadership.
I’m Caroline Knight and I’m a personal development and midlife coach, master NLP practitioner and neuro-somatic coach. Yes i’m here for those specifically facing ‘midlife challenge ‘ and for those of a certain age, yes, we know who we are!
