Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Training
This is MANDATORY training program for workers who are required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) in the workplace. Participants will be trained on how to effectively select and use equipment to minimize the risk of injury.

This course includes a practical and a classroom component. Participants will receive training and be evaluated on the following topics:

Our training programs are not make or model specific; we focus on all aspects of the class of forklift. This course can be provided at our training facility or, alternatively, conduct a forklift operator program to suit your specific needs at your workplace.
This class requires “Adult Learning Theory” (provided by Made Safe) as a prerequisite.
This program is based on provincial regulations and employer responsibilites at workplaces where power mobile equipment is used. Inspections, maintenance, and hazards are discussed as well as a practical learning portion with an EWP.

This online course, based on CSA Z460 Standard, is designed to ensure employers, management and workers understand the hazards associated with controlled energy and the proper methods of controlling energy through a properly developed and implemented lockout program.
