A Level Photography is a rigorous and thorough taught course. Students learn the “language” of photography, how to “read” and analyse their images, including the techniques, processes and skills.
This is a structured course, enabling students to creatively respond the work of relevant inspirational artists. Passion, commitment, imagination, visual, written and verbal communication skills are essential prerequisites to succeed in A Level Photography.

These two day photography courses combine complex theory with practical exercises such as location shooting and equipment demos. It will give you the advance tools and photography techniques you’ll need to create the professional and creative photographs you’ve dreamed of taking.
Beginners Photography courses is offered by North West Photography Courses. After a welcome over a coffee we will start the day with a briefing. You will be provided with a detailed lesson plan to guide you through the day and help to embed what you are learning.
When studying for any of our photography degrees, you will get access to world-class facilities in The Grove, our specialist arts building.
This is a digital camera course and you would need a camera that is capable of being manually controlled. ie it must be able to allow you to selectively change the aperture, shutter speed and ISO.
Learn how to use your digital SLR camera and improve your photographic skills. Taught in our well-equipped photography studio and on location, our Basic Digital Skills course will put you in control of your camera and open up new horizons for you.
