Join us in this hands-on class where you'll learn the techniques you need to make a perfect pie every time. Alongside a CIA chef instructor, you'll prepare flaky pie and tart doughs, sweet and savory fillings, and learn a variety of crimping techniques. They don't say "easy as pie" for nothing!
