During the course you will make Cheese & Ham Parcels or Pinwheels, with our special cheese and smoked ham roux filling. These are delicious as snacks or starters, but even better to produce for family and friends when you have a party or event arranged – the flaky pastry and oozing cheese and smoked ham filling is a tasty treat for all!
You will also learn how to make a family favourite with a twist, the Chicken, Smoked Pancetta, and Mushroom Puff Pastry Pie. This pie is packed full of flavor, with rich, creamy pancetta and mushroom filling and tender chunks of chicken, this will be a pie that you create again and again.
