In this class, you will be guided through a hands-on vegan cheese-making session. We will make the cheeses from all clean and natural ingredients, and make sure that the overall taste of the cheeses will not be compromised, even without the use of preservatives or chemicals.
We will also teach you the secrets to create:
Plant-based Feta Cheese
brined curd cheese originally hailing from Greece. Feta means "slice" in Greek as it is always packaged and sold in blocks.
Low Fat Cheddar Sauce
traditional sauce used in English cooking. It is usually based on white sauce (one of the mother sauces) and cheddar cheese.
Pepper Jack Cheese
derivative of Monterey Jack, the original “American” cheese invented by Mexican Franciscan friars of Monterey, California.
