Dimensions in Dance opened its doors to approximately 35 students in 1986. What started out as a small dream has grown into Kitchener, Waterloo and Cambridge’s leading dance school. Dimensions offers a variety of disciplines in dance including: Jazz, Tap, Ballet, Pointe, Hip Hop, Lyrical, Acro and Contemporary.
We offer dancing classes at both the recreational and competitive level. At Dimensions, we believe that everyone should have the opportunity to experience the Arts; therefore, we try to keep our classes and costumes as affordable as possible. We are one of the very few studios to offer a family rate for dance classes.
Technique in R.A.D. and Vaganova.For students 6 years and older.
Ballet (Ages 10+) dance classes are offered by Dance Plus EP. At Dance Plus we strive to keep a fun and encouraging atmosphere where students can become the best dancers they can be.
Classes range from 30 minutes to 75 minutes. Students should wear a bodysuit and tights. Ballet skirts and shorts will be permitted. Pointe shoes required.
Technical and choreographic course that allows dancers to develop flexibility, strength, elegance, posture and posture. Dancers learn the movements and vocabulary of classical ballet by performing exercises and variations to music
Ballet is the foundation for all forms of dance because it allows opportunities for students to develop grace, poise, and musicality. The Royal Academy of Dance syllabus is used as the basis for all classes.
