No experience is necessary but you will need to be keen to have fun.
What are the benefits?
Pole classes are a mixture of muscular endurance, athletic development and upper body strength. The classes include up tempo motivating music to elevate the ambience. The classes are held in a professional dance studio with sprung floor. The classes are taught by an experience teacher.
Why Pole?
Pole dance classes are challenging but fun fitness class. The lessons help reduce shyness, improve your confidence and self esteem. In addition the classes develop muscular endurance, tone your body and enhance overall well being.
We have been in operation for over sixteen years at the same location.
All of our teachers are experienced and trained dancers. We provide performing opportunities and access to performance jobs once you are a member.
Non-members can book individual courses on a six-week block basis. Try before you buy: join the club for one day and see how the club functions on a daily basis.

Pole dancing course is offered by London Dance Academy. Our studio classes offer a rich way of learning, where you can learn skills from our world-class teachers face-to-face. We offer classes for all skill levels from complete beginners to professional artists.
Pole dancing is not just walking around a pole to some music. Our classes involve pole tricks, techniques and dance. In other words cardio, weight training, artistic dance and with a gymnastic element to it.
Our studio has 8 professionally fitted X-POLES in both 40mm and 45mm. The majority of our lessons are done on static poles, but we do offer spinning pole as well.
Pole Fitness classes at Body Synergy Birmingham are about getting fit, becoming stronger, making friends and having fun! We have a cool syllabus to work through – learning moves for strength and combinations for endurance and co-ordination.
Advance Pole classes are offered by Urban Aerial Southampton. Our classes have a wide range of fitness benefits including increasing upper body & core strength, increasing flexibility all whilst having fun & meeting new people.
