We are excited to release our class schedule for September and October in-person classes at Make It Sweet. There are a few new classes, and many of our popular classes on the schedule. Look at the Halloween classes and be sure to sign up soon as these classes are some of the ones that sell out fastest.
We look forward to continuing to welcome students back to our classroom. Review our details below designed to keep class participants as safe as possible while enjoying classes at Make It Sweet.
This class is for you. Don't let a bit of flour and fat get in the way of your ability to share a lovely dessert with friends and family. Let's get into the kitchen together and work through this baking basic.
The Central Piedmont baking and pastry arts program requires no previous industry experience and is designed to provide you with the skills and knowledge required for employment in the baking and pastry industry.
If you want to build a career that’s sweet i.e. a career in the pastry arts, CASA pastry chef school may be able to help you get on the path and build relevant skills and practical know-how by training with a pastry arts chef.
This class also includes demo instruction for the fillings: swiss meringue, ganache, and buttercream.  At the end of class, you will leave with more than one dozen macarons in a variety of flavors and fillings.Â
You may turn into a croissant connoisseur after this class! Join our new instructor, Chef Jessica as she leads you through the stages of making croissant dough from scratch. After that students will use the croissant dough to make different variations of this buttery pastry!
