Starting children in a dance class at a young age is wonderful, not only to build passion and ability in dance but also to help with cognitive development, teach your little ones how to listen, focus, understand their bodies, have a chance to be creative and make new friends.
Baby is either in a front or back pack while you take class ( Or pram ) While you take a 45 min dance exercise class to burn fat loss calories and strengthen certain areas.
Our youngest class is Mini Movers, designed for 18 months - 3 year olds, helping to familiarise your little one with the sounds and sights of dance through fun and interactive nursery rhyme games.
These lovely children twirl and leap around the studio, they are so much fun to watch. At this stage the foundations of ballet are being taught through imagination and creative movement.
A fun class where young children learn basic stretching, rhythm, co-ordination, feet positions, skipping and gallops, facial and musical expression. Â
