DurationOur pre-school programs offer the perfect introduction to the magical world of dance. Both programmes are designed to develop confidence, creativity and coordination, and provide the perfect foundation for all of our school-aged dance genres.
At L.O.D we offer high-quality dance lessons in a warm nurturing environment. We pride ourselves on caring for children on an individual basis within the classroom setting.
All students are offered the same opportunities to participate in syllabus examinations and performances. We find this approach provides a more supportive and rewarding experience than the competitive dance environment and gives all students the chance to excel and reach their full potential.
The movement to music incorporating ballet and jazz moves using our imaginations and having fun with props.
These classes are designed for introducing 3 and 4-year-olds to basic dance movements. These include but are not limited to hopping, skipping, galloping, jumping and turning.
For rhythm, co-ordination, strength, awareness and social interaction through creative and play dances
A wonderful class for our very youngest children wanting dance with a ballet emphasis and incorporating movement from other styles.
Pre-School lessons are fun half hour classes for children from the age of two and a half, with the first lesson free.
