The group curriculum is similar to our kindergarten group but gears the activities more toward children of a younger age.
The same basic fundamentals of music are taught, however, including movement and music, making music with percussion instruments and recognition of orchestral instruments.
Activities include the use of rhythm sticks, triangles, shakers, hand drums and much more!
Like the kindergarten group, this group is a great precursor to taking private instrument lessons in the future.

Musical theatre is a form of theatrical performance that combines songs, acting and dance. The story and emotional content of a musical – humour, love, anger – are communicated through music, movement and technical aspects of the entertainment as an integrated whole.
Our programs are designed to inspire young dancers to follow their dreams and express their emotions through movement. We pride our studio to be an inclusive environment for children of all abilities.
For dancers aged 8-18, Contemporary dance teaches combinations that incorporate control, balance and flexibility.
Lesson plans and repertoire selection are tailored to each individual’s interests and learning style, bringing out the best in each and every student
Musical theatre allows you to step out of your comfort zone and become a new character. This class is big on performance and combines acting, lip syncing, and dancing to create some fun-to-watch numbers!
