Indian food is known for its highly aromatic and very tasty dishes. Indian cooks blend a variety of spices to create unique flavours of their dishes.
Each course consists of four classes and includes preparation and tasting of bread, dessert, snacks and other delicious vegetarian dishes.
Indian cooking classes are offered by GJS Kitchen and Catering. Chef Gurjyote Singh Sethi (GJ to his friends) is an accomplished Red Seal Certified chef, who has an extensive and vast experience in Indian and western cuisine.
His focus is to combine local ingredients, spices, and seeds to create truly unique flavours. Cooking classes are available for those culinary artists out there looking to expand their use of fresh herbs, cooking oils, and creativity in the kitchen.
In this fun, hands-on class, students will learn how to make four different types of Indian chutney; all the recipes are simple, vegan, and all use natural ingredients
