This course continues to build on the skills learned in days one and two. We build from the fundamentals and introduce hot and cold espresso beverage preparation, sequencing, and latte art.

You will receive hands-on experience in espresso extraction, grinding, calibrating, milk steaming, drink mixing, and latte art. We are dedicated to inspiring excellence in espresso method and coffee brewing methods, and pallet taste training.

SABA offers it's students an opportunity to intern in the Espresso Bar to serve customers coffee, cold brew, Espresso beverages like Latte, Americano, Cappuccino, Macchiato, and Cortado.
Learners will leave this course being able to properly use various brewing devices.
This class provides detailed insight into the complex world of espresso roasting. Part lecture part practice, we’ll cover the SCA definition of espresso and step by step instructions for preparation, brewing, dosing, distribution and tamping. All levels welcome.
I'll teach you alternate brewing methods, how to identify flavor notes, and how to properly use an espresso machine.
You'll measure extraction with a refractometer, gain a mastery of espresso variables, and learn how to pour latte art. This course culminates in a written and practical exam.
This home barista course will help you get the most out of your espresso machine and get you making drinks like a pro.
