Sweet Spot Studio opened in Fall 2018 to satisfy the cravings of curious and aspiring bakers of Charlotte and surrounding areas. We offer pastry and baking classes to all levels of bakers, as well as intensive workshops for industry professionals.
Baking with Apples class is offered by The Merry Kitchen. We teach children how to grow, maintain and reap the benefits of an all organic garden. Compost is made and utilized from the scraps of each cooking class.
During this hands on class, you will work with yeasted doughs to create three holiday specialties. You will learn Easter Holiday breads from around the world. A chef prepared lunch will be served with a glass of wine.

Master the art of a perfectly shaped baguette! We will be working with white and whole wheat doughs as you learn to mix, knead and shape baguettes and other regional French bread like epi and fougasse.
