Our breads are made fresh daily and most of them have no additives or colour, just basic, pure and fresh ingredients! Our full service deli counter is filled with cheese imported from the Netherlands and other European countries, as well as a large selection of deli meat all of which are gluten free.
Roam the aisles and experience how deeply satisfying a traditional food culture can be. We stock everything from bread toppings, to Dutch licorice, to kitchenware. Baking & Pastry Arts is designed for students who are both curious and interested in baking and would like the opportunity to explore baking as a possible career in the hospitality or service industry. The students are taught in a professional setting that is set up to resemble a commercial bakery.

In this class you will learn the basics of dough lamination, temperature control, and how to roll and bake puff pastry. Each student will also get the chance to assemble their own mille-feuille
