  • We will begin my making the puff pastry dough. While the dough rests you will enjoy the:

  • Next will be the laminating of the dough and the demos for:
  • Millefeuille (Vanilla Slice)Layers of caramelized puff pastry filled with Vanilla Custard & spread with a White Chocolate Fondant Glace.
  • Tarte aux Fleurs de Pomme (Apple Flower Tart) Individual Puff Pastry Tarts filled with Apple slices in a floral design dusted with cinnamon sugar
