Nina started her career as a speech correctionist and for many years taught children with learning as well as physical disabilities. Although her initial career choice had nothing to do with food, this passion for food and cooking had been instilled in her from a very young age.
Her Mom and Gran are excellent cooks in their own right and the social aspect of food has always played a large role in their home. Pastry Making class is offered by Moemas Food. The classes are either demonstration or hands on but either way you’ll feel inspired and much more confident after taking a class or three. Private classes can also be arranged in the comfort of your own kitchen.
This very intensive one year part time course is designed to equip students with the specific skills needed for a career in a pastry kitchen, as well as a comprehensive understanding of food purchasing, costing and storage.
