This class is entirely hands-on, so you will be rolling up your sleeves and will make your own patisseries. You’ll have plenty to take home and share with your family and show off your newfound culinary skill
Get ready to learn to cook mini raspberry tarts & chocolate chip cookies in our 90-minute class (All ingredients and recipe card included) or stay all day to enjoy lunch with us, along with the session in the morning where you will be making Madeleines & profiteroles.
We’re a new cookery school located at Sidings Business Park, in Whalley. From our purpose-built kitchen and dining facilities we host cookery courses and social events centered around healthy, nutritious, and balanced home cooking.
It is our aim to teach both children and adults about home cooking and
healthy eating.
This course will be conducted in a fun & relaxed manner.
This is where it all began - our original Rainbow Brownie mix! Simply tip the mix into a bowl, add some oil, water and an egg and mix the gooey batter. Pop in the oven and 35 mins later out pops rich brownies. Perfect on their own or with ice cream.
In the ‘Introduction to Patisserie’ course, you’ll learn how to create a selection of patisserie classics.
Learn the skills and techniques behind French pastries in this hands-on baking class, which will equip you with the confidence to make a wide variety of baked goods at home.
This class will concentrate on the do’s and don’ts for pie fillings and how to perfect a pasty. Once you’ve perfected these, there will be no limit to your pie creations – take your creations and your new skills home in time for dinner!
