From little gymnasts just starting out in the sport, to older gymnasts looking to train without the pressure of competitions. Our recreational classes are for everyone to enjoy learning and progressing through our development plan in a fun environment.
The plan incorporates General Gymnastics, Tumbling and Acrobatics, allowing the gymnast to develop basic skills through to advanced skills in a variety of disciplines. On completion of the recreational development programme, gymnasts may be offered a trial within one of our competitive squads or can choose to continue in our more advanced recreational classes.
