We are a gymnastics club based in Cumbernauld, where we have been running gymnastics classes for almost 50 years. We run gymnastics classes for toddlers to teenagers to suit all different levels of ability.
Each class starts with a coach-led warm-up to get everyone going, using hand apparatus and a song with actions that the children quickly learn. The children are then split into small groups and taken onto separate equipment stations.
