Our gyms are bouncing with talented, enthusiastic and passionate people, who love what they do and love having the opportunity to share their knowledge and experience with others. We help kids develop the skills to cope with new challenges, socialise with others, and improve co-ordination skills by providing a high standard of coaching, a wide range of classes, and a state-of-the-art environment that is fun for all levels and abilities.
Our Adult class is the perfect way to recapture your youth! These fully structured classes help develop strength and flexibility using gymnastics skills and movements. Suitable for all, from complete beginners to more experienced gymnasts.
Gymnastic Dance combines the two genres to work on strength, stamina, flexibility and performance skills. Students learn exam sequences as well as working on routines where they get to play and use ribbons!
All our recreational gymnasts take part in GFA (Gymnastics For All), giving them the opportunity to try all the different disciplines of gymnastics in one place.
Recreational Classes are offered by Cumbernauld Gymnastics Club. These classes are a great introduction to the sport of gymnastics & a way to improve coordination, flexibility and an excellent way for kids to release excess energy.
