North London Rhythmic Gymnastics Academy offers various programs, designed for children of all ages and skill levels aged 3-15. Through individual attention, we provide every program to best meet the needs of each child. We are proud to create an outstanding training gymnastics environment for all children, regardless of their skill level, where we develop young talents, preparing them for the competitions and leading them to new victories and personal achievements. We have highly qualified and enthusiastic staff with many years of teaching practice.
All NLRGA's coaches are DBS checked and have an invaluable experience to develop each child's self-confidence and self-esteem, improving physical strength and developing self-confidence. Our coaches successfully guide gymnasts' parents through each level of development, meeting both the physical and mental needs of each unique child.
Pre-school gymnastics teaches children important skills like balance and co-ordination. With expert supervision and a playful environment, it’s a great way for children to have fun and lay the foundations of a healthy, active life.
Our Competitive Gymnastics programme aims to make the most of our talent progression system, high performance coaching and state of the art facilities to help our gymnasts achieve their full potential.
Our school age classes run every evening and on Saturday mornings. All the children not only get to learn and improve their gymnastics skills such as cartwheels and handstands they also get to work on all our specialist gymnastics apparatus
Recreational Classes are offered by Cumbernauld Gymnastics Club. These classes are a great introduction to the sport of gymnastics & a way to improve coordination, flexibility and an excellent way for kids to release excess energy.
As a means of encouraging your child, we teach all the proficiency awards set up by the British Amateur Gymnastics Association. We also offer an intermediate class as well as an advanced/competition class.
