Red Hat System Administration I (RH124) course teaches you “survival techniques” in Linux administration by concentrating on fundamental administrative duties.

This curriculum also lays the groundwork for you if you want to work as a full-time Linux system administrator by introducing crucial command constructs and enterprise-level techniques.

After completing this course, you will be able to execute basic Linux administration tasks such as installation, broadband connections, physical storage management, and basic security management.

You will also be able to demonstrate the following abilities; you will enter the command line, you will be able to command-line file management, text files can be created, viewed, and edited, and local users and groups must be managed.

You will be able to process, monitor and manage Linux. You will handle daemons and control assistance. You will be able to control file connections with file system authorizations.

 

Prerequisites

  • Red Hat® Enterprise Linux 8 is the foundation for this course. You are expected to have basic technical user expertise with software applications on some operating systems.
