Students will utilize premade puff pastry while the chef will demonstrate the labor intensive procedure for making puff pastry from scratch. Student volunteers may particiate in the process as time permits. Once one learns to learn to handle puff pastry correctly, a world of possibilities will open up. Each team will execute one of the following recipes to share with the class.
