After 18 long months of stepping away from the Cookshop kitchen, we are ready to welcome you again for in-person classes and events! Classes have resumed, and we’ve got a fun line up of old favorites and new topics to explore.
Spark your child’s imagination with our Cake & Kidz events. Designed for young aspiring bakers, these interactive classes provide a safe and enjoyable environment where kids can explore their creativity and learn the basics of cake decorating.
Cake Baking class is offered by Cooking With Joni. Joni brings fun into the kitchen! You leave your classes with the confidence to replicate the recipes and experience them in your own kitchen.
The Level one cake decorating classes is a 3-hour class that meets once a week for seven weeks - for a total of 21 hours of instruction. The class price does not include the cost of supplies.
You will learn recipes and techniques for baking tender cakes and whipping up a gorgeous buttercream you’ll use time and again. We’ll teach you the art of frosting a cake, along with some simple but impressive decorating techniques.
