An individual can renew their Site Managers Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS) qualification by attending our 2 day CITB Site Managers Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS) Refresher course, if it’s within 5 years of previously achieving either a 5 day CITB Site Managers Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS) course or a 2 day CITB Site Managers Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS) Refresher course.
If the SMSTS certificate has lapsed beyond the expiry date, then they must attend a full 5 day Site Managers Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS) course.
