Students will learn easy, affordable and delicious recipes for making their own snacks to make entertaining a breeze and a little less stressful.
Ingredients are supplied and each student can take home what they have cooked. Lessons and recipes are printed in a booklet which students can take home and use as a reference!
Nina started her career as a speech correctionist and for many years taught children with learning as well as physical disabilities. Although her initial career choice had nothing to do with food, this passion for food and cooking had been instilled in her from a very young age.
Her Mom and Gran are excellent cooks in their own right and the social aspect of food has always played a large role in their home. Italian Cooking Course Students may join in at any one time and complete all 8 lessons at a discounted rate of R4500.00 for all 8 lessons or do one or more lessons at R600.00 per lesson.

The Motherdough U "Sourdough Pizza Workshop" takes your basic sourdough knowledge and amplifies your bread basket with two different styles of pizza this session. As the official Ooni sourdough school, we'll be using Ooni ovens and Motherdough baking steels to make incredible pizza.
Simply Sicilian Classes are offered by Foodology for all ages and skill levels. Small interactive cooking classes (max 8-10) in a homely kitchen. All classes use local, seasonal ingredients and organic wherever possible. Often from our kitchen garden.
