For our Something Sweet class, we have luxurious, scrumptious classics to impress and dazzle.To begin we have a modern twist on ‘everyone’s favourite’ Lemon Meringue Pie.  Learn how to make Lemon & Lime Curd topped with the crispy Italian Meringue.To follow is the Afternoon Tea classic, French Macaron with a rich Vanilla Buttercream.

Last but by no means least is the simple, yet showstopping, soft-centred Chocolate Fondant, made with stunning Belgian Chocolate and accompanied by a decadent Chocolate Sauce and Vanilla Ice-Cream. A real crowd pleaser!
