In this course for 12-16 year olds, students will learn to prepare a wonderful selection of baked goods through demonstrations, tastings, and hands-on cooking. Held during the school holidays on Friday 4th August, this class will boost confidence and equip teens with valuable skills for independence at home and elsewhere. Not only is this class a fun holiday activity, but it also offers an educational experience for all attendees. Before heading off, everyone gathers around the table for a light lunch, the perfect opportunity to compare notes and make new friends.

Today enriched doughs are our focus, that altogether silkier almost melting dough that works perfectly with savoury ingredients as well as the more traditionally expected sweet variety. Master a Babka (Russian plait), Challah, Gotchial, a plum tart, cinnamon knots and a baked brie.
Afternoon tea is a lovely treat, taking time out for a chat and to relax while having delicious treats to eat. In this experience you will also make your own afternoon tea, as well as having the opportunity to enjoy it.
