In this hands hand class you will learn how to make authentic sourdough bread from using a starter. Class will cover how to make, feed and successfully maintain a starter, how to best bake sourdough bread at home and the principles of bread baking.

In this 3 month workshop, our students will learn everything that they need to know about bread! You will learn about decorative breads, sweet breads, baguettes, Italian breads, basic baking techniques and more!
This class is for the novice. No bread baking experience is required. In the time frame allotted we will discuss the different stages of dough fermentation, cues to look out for to gauge when your dough is ready to be worked to the next stage, shaping and baking.
