On this course you will learn about the anatomy of the nail, nail structure, contra-indications, contra-actions, preparation of the natural nail, tip and overlay (gel or acrylic) to create a natural / french look. You will also learn about maintenance and removal.
DurationThis course is an SCQF Level 5 SQA qualification. You will awarded certificate from SQA on satisfactory completion of the course.
The course will be taught over 3 days (1 day per week) You will be required to complete a closed book assessment, write an open book report and complete home study. The outcomes to complete as follows:
