The Suzuki Violin Class is designed for age 5 and 6 violin beginner students
The Suzuki Violin Class is designed for age 5 and 6 violin beginner students.
This world-renown teaching program was developed by the Japanese violinist, Shinichi Suzuki. His violin lesson method emphasizes the basic principles of language acquisition by applying them to music.
Students learn to play by ear and by imitating the teacher. When practicing at home, the music student is helped by their parent or guardian who attends and observes the lessons.
A regular class is 40 minutes long and meets once a week at the same time for 16 weeks. Upon graduating from this course, students are encouraged to proceed to private lessons with one of our violin instructors.
You will have a chance to discuss this with the class instructor near the end of the course.

Amabile School of Music, established since 2008, is a result of my desire as a musician and a music educator to create a musical environment where children and adults can freely explore all aspects of their musical curiosities.
Along with our wonderful faculty, we hope to impart a deep appreciation of music as an art, and introduce the joy of making music to all who enter our doors.”
